THRIVE™ 6-Week Identity Rediscovery & Maternal Wellness Program Motherhood changes you — but it doesn’t erase you. After the early days of pregnancy and postpartum, many mothers find themselves wondering who they are beyond the responsibilities, routines, and constant demands of caring for everyone else. Thrive is designed to help mothers reconnect with themselves while building sustainable wellness habits, restoring confidence, and creating a life that supports both their family’s needs and their own. Through compassionate support, education, advocacy, and intentional wellness planning, this program helps you move beyond survival mode and step into motherhood with greater clarity, balance, and purpose. Includes: • Six weekly 60-minute support sessions • Personalized wellness action plan • Self-care and wellness planning • Advocacy and boundary-setting support • Referral assistance and resource coordination • Curated maternal wellness resource guide • Email support throughout the program • Limited text support during business hours For mothers who are ready to reconnect with themselves, rebuild confidence, create supportive routines, and rediscover who they are beyond motherhood. Cancellation Policy
ROOTED IN JOI BOOKING POLICY Thank you for choosing Rooted in Joi Maternal Wellness. Every session and program is created with care, intention, and a commitment to supporting you through pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood. Consultation Calls: Your Discovery Call is complimentary and allows us to connect and determine if Rooted in Joi is the right fit for your needs. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. Your payment secures your appointment and allows time for preparation and personalized support. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible. Cancellations & No-Shows: Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled session and missed appointments without notice are non-refundable. Refunds: Due to the personalized nature of services, all sales are final. Individual sessions are non-refundable once completed, and program payments are non-refundable after the first session. Late Arrivals: If you are running late, please notify me as soon as possible. Sessions will end at the scheduled time. Scope of Services: Rooted in Joi provides maternal wellness support, education, advocacy, care navigation, resource connection, and support services. These services do not replace medical, mental health, or emergency care. By booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these policies and are committing to your support, growth, and well-being.
