To honor both your time and mine, please take note of the following: Consultations: Your first consultation call is free — a chance for us to connect and see if this journey is the right fit for you. Payment: Coaching packages are confirmed once payment is received at booking. This helps me hold your space and prepare for our work together. Rescheduling: Life happens — especially in pregnancy and motherhood! If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your session. Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session or no-shows are not refundable. Refunds: Because of the time, energy, and preparation that goes into each package, sales are non-refundable once our first session is completed. Late Arrivals: If you’re running late, I’ll hold your space, but sessions will still end on time to respect other moms’ schedules. Commitment: This is a safe and nurturing space. The more open, consistent, and present you are, the more you’ll bloom in your journey. By booking, you’re saying “yes” to yourself, your healing, and your growth.
