POSTPARTUM VILLAGE PLANNING SESSION™ 90-Minute Maternal Support & Planning Session Every mother deserves a village — but many women enter postpartum without one. The Postpartum Village Planning Session is designed to help you create a personalized support plan before baby arrives, so you can feel more prepared, supported, and confident during your recovery and transition into motherhood. Together, we’ll identify your support needs, discuss practical preparation strategies, explore available resources, and create a customized postpartum plan designed around your unique family, lifestyle, and circumstances. This session helps you intentionally build the village you’ll need during one of life’s most transformative seasons. Includes: • One 90-minute planning session • Personalized Postpartum Village Plan • Resource and referral recommendations • Support system mapping • Recovery and self-care planning • Follow-up session summary emailed after your appointment For expecting mothers who want to prepare for postpartum with a clear support plan, practical resources, and intentional care before baby arrives. Cancellation Policy
ROOTED IN JOI BOOKING POLICY Thank you for choosing Rooted in Joi Maternal Wellness. Every session and program is created with care, intention, and a commitment to supporting you through pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood. Consultation Calls: Your Discovery Call is complimentary and allows us to connect and determine if Rooted in Joi is the right fit for your needs. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. Your payment secures your appointment and allows time for preparation and personalized support. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible. Cancellations & No-Shows: Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled session and missed appointments without notice are non-refundable. Refunds: Due to the personalized nature of services, all sales are final. Individual sessions are non-refundable once completed, and program payments are non-refundable after the first session. Late Arrivals: If you are running late, please notify me as soon as possible. Sessions will end at the scheduled time. Scope of Services: Rooted in Joi provides maternal wellness support, education, advocacy, care navigation, resource connection, and support services. These services do not replace medical, mental health, or emergency care. By booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these policies and are committing to your support, growth, and well-being.
