Cancellation Policy

ROOTED IN JOI BOOKING POLICY Thank you for choosing Rooted in Joi Maternal Wellness. Every session and program is created with care, intention, and a commitment to supporting you through pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood. Consultation Calls: Your Discovery Call is complimentary and allows us to connect and determine if Rooted in Joi is the right fit for your needs. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. Your payment secures your appointment and allows time for preparation and personalized support. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible. Cancellations & No-Shows: Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled session and missed appointments without notice are non-refundable. Refunds: Due to the personalized nature of services, all sales are final. Individual sessions are non-refundable once completed, and program payments are non-refundable after the first session. Late Arrivals: If you are running late, please notify me as soon as possible. Sessions will end at the scheduled time. Scope of Services: Rooted in Joi provides maternal wellness support, education, advocacy, care navigation, resource connection, and support services. These services do not replace medical, mental health, or emergency care. By booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these policies and are committing to your support, growth, and well-being.
