POSTPARTUM SUPPORT™ 60-Minute Maternal Wellness Support Session The postpartum season can be beautiful, overwhelming, emotional, and deeply transformative — all at the same time. This one-on-one support session is designed for mothers seeking compassionate guidance, encouragement, education, and support as they navigate postpartum recovery and the transition into motherhood. Whether you’re adjusting to life with a new baby, feeling overwhelmed by the demands of motherhood, recovering from a difficult birth experience, or simply looking for a safe space to process your journey, this session is here to support you. Includes: • One 60-minute support session • Personalized recommendations and next steps • Resource and referral guidance as needed • Follow-up session summary emailed after your appointment For mothers who need focused postpartum support, recovery guidance, emotional encouragement, and practical next steps. Cancellation Policy
ROOTED IN JOI BOOKING POLICY Thank you for choosing Rooted in Joi Maternal Wellness. Every session and program is created with care, intention, and a commitment to supporting you through pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood. Consultation Calls: Your Discovery Call is complimentary and allows us to connect and determine if Rooted in Joi is the right fit for your needs. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. Your payment secures your appointment and allows time for preparation and personalized support. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible. Cancellations & No-Shows: Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled session and missed appointments without notice are non-refundable. Refunds: Due to the personalized nature of services, all sales are final. Individual sessions are non-refundable once completed, and program payments are non-refundable after the first session. Late Arrivals: If you are running late, please notify me as soon as possible. Sessions will end at the scheduled time. Scope of Services: Rooted in Joi provides maternal wellness support, education, advocacy, care navigation, resource connection, and support services. These services do not replace medical, mental health, or emergency care. By booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these policies and are committing to your support, growth, and well-being.
